        • work with midjourney (client aesthetic + my aesthetic) find a middle way
        • show them “i was thinking more like this” + listen to their feedback on it
        • asking them to be specific
      • scope - align my team, timeframe
      • pitch - time spent on the pitch
        • fast turn around, “1 month” keep track of me
        • we’d love to get this started, when can we go to conrtact and NDAs? if we can’t move on, we have other clients
        • 1k asset
        • i have the portfolio they like, otherwise they wouldn’t talk to me at the first place
        • 500 client will NEVER become 5000 client - it will never happen
        • mo-cap included: 50+ 75-100/hr
        • exposure: am i having my name on it? mentioned? or just shawn’s agency? what am i getting out?
          • communication scope up - 10 hours of no direct communication w the client

          • shoot day 8 hr, clean up 8 hr, look at finals - split to 2 ppl (10% add up on the hours)
            • mocap - 1 ppl? 10 ppl?
            • be specific on the contract
            • what’s the line item? it’s easier for them to sign if we have line item
            • out of scope section: if you need these xx day rate will apply
            • and don’t do hourly
          • if already lowballed - this is what you getting with this price, these are the items you didn’t get

    • whats the best time to talk about budget and timeline
      • if it’s beyond this date - you need to pay me day rate (if you didn’t give me feedback on time)
      • lock in iteration - above this charge more
      • we will deliver on xx days, you have xx time range to provide feedback, you can’t give feedback after xx date, if you don’t give feedback 2 days after receiving, I will not be able to work on time.
      • beginning: send things daily; middle - specific range of feedback period and working period.
