Process

Things I learned:

• there are 2 air filters for the mini laser cutter, so turn on both of them are important. I forgot to turn on the second air filter and caused the dust to flee out, but after this experience I notified other students with the air filter set up.
• cutting wood with laser cut normally takes 2-3 times, can use finger to push it and check
• if cutting only, in laser cutter to “vector” instead of “combined”
• putting painter tape over the wood can help prevent the burning mark on both sides of the wood (picture 2)
